Critical Elements of Care

The Critical Elements of Care are diagnosis-specific educational tools to be used by health professionals who care for children with the following diagnoses: Cerebral Palsy, Sickle Cell Disease, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Cystic Fibrosis, Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, and Cleft Lip and Palate.
