Decision-Making Communication Tool (DMT)
Tool to help care providers and families address the whole child and incorporate the elements of family life that affect the child's wellbeing in care planning. The tool can be used in planning health care for any child or for a child who has more complicated and potentially life-limiting health problems.

Parent Support Program
Peer support for Washington State families of children with special health care needs or chronic health conditions. Parents requesting emotional support are connected to trained, experienced volunteer parents.
